Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MedScenario account and all data tied to it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open MedScenario and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@medscenario.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and authentication record.
• Progress, scores, score history, streak, XP, saved vocabulary, and flashcards.
• Your submitted scenario responses and evaluation results.
• Your device push token and notification settings.

Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being purged on the normal backup-rotation cycle. Anonymized, non-identifying product analytics (which never contained your personal data) are not affected.
